About Pflege-DE

About Pflege-DE

A mission-driven consultancy connecting qualified nursing talent with German healthcare.

Our Story

Pflege-DE was born out of a personal mission. Father Johny Joseph, originally from Kerala, India, has lived and worked in Germany since the year 2000. When he recognized the growing shortage of skilled professionals in healthcare, he began in 2013 to guide qualified nursing professionals from India on their journey to Germany.

As demand increased, he founded Pflege-DE Consultancy in India to offer recruitment, German language training, and personalized support from a single source. Later, together with his nephew Jaisemon Jacob, he established the German branch to support hospitals and care facilities even more comprehensively.

Today, with dedicated teams in India and Germany, Pflege-DE connects qualified nursing professionals with healthcare institutions across the country. More than 1500 successfully placed nurses and numerous long-standing partnerships represent our commitment: sustainable workforce development, fair recruitment, and successful integration.

Our Mission

We connect qualified nursing professionals from India with German healthcare institutions, creating sustainable solutions for the shortage of skilled workers—fairly, transparently, and responsibly.
